- Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction

Job Duties
- Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
- Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members
- Assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory management
- Participate in applicant interviews
- Assist with employee relations
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and local regulations
- Maintain positive communication across shifts and teams
