  • Food safety certification according to local jurisdiction
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Duties

  • Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
  • Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members
  • Assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory management
  • Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain a positive work environment
  • Oversee daily shift operations to meet business goals
  • Support training and development initiatives for team members
