Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience
  • Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work flexible hours including late-night shifts
  • Willingness to participate in team building and employee engagement activities

  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with operational management functions
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities

Job Duties

  • Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
  • Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members
  • Assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, inventory
  • Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and local regulations
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and management
  • Monitor and support achievement of performance goals
