- Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
- Strong problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work flexible hours including late-night shifts

Job Duties
- Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
- Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members
- Assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, inventory
- Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and local regulations
- Maintain effective communication with team members and management
- Monitor and support achievement of performance goals
