Job Duties

  • manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
  • help build and lead high performing team of hourly team members
  • assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory
  • participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
  • maintain compliance with food safety standards
  • support employee development and training
  • ensure outstanding guest service at all times
