Job Duties
- manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
- help build and lead high performing team of hourly team members
- assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory
- participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
- maintain compliance with food safety standards
- support employee development and training
- ensure outstanding guest service at all times
