Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
  • food safety certification according to local jurisdiction
  • effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • strong problem solving skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • willingness to assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory

Job Duties

  • Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
  • help build and lead a high performing team of hourly Team Members
  • assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory
  • participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
  • ensure compliance with food safety standards and local regulations
  • maintain a positive and inclusive work environment
  • support career development initiatives within the team
