Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
- food safety certification according to local jurisdiction

Job Duties
- Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
- help build and lead a high performing team of hourly Team Members
- assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory
- participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
- ensure compliance with food safety standards and local regulations
- maintain a positive and inclusive work environment
- support career development initiatives within the team
