Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
  • Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Capability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
  • Eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
  • Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with inventory and operational processes is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
  • Help build and lead a high performing team of hourly Team Members
  • Assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory management
  • Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and local regulations
  • Collaborate with management to meet performance goals
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team environment
