Job Duties
- Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
- Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members
- May assist with operational support functions including purchasing, receiving, and inventory
- Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety Certification and local regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Support daily restaurant operations to meet performance goals
