Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to meet physical requirements including standing, bending, twisting, and reaching
- Ability to obtain necessary food safety certifications
- Availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts preferred

Job Duties
- Lead, coach, and work alongside teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Ensure food safety standards and practices are maintained according to company policies
- Recognize and celebrate team members’ hard work during each shift
- Delegate responsibilities to team members to exceed guest expectations
- Own open, mid, and close routines of shifts and set the next shift up for success
- Demonstrate excellent guest service skills and communicate efficiently
- Meet physical demands of the role such as standing, lifting, and routine restaurant tasks
