Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
  • Previous leadership or management experience preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to meet physical requirements including standing, bending, twisting, and reaching
  • Ability to obtain necessary food safety certifications
  • Availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts preferred

  • Ability to deliver an uncommon guest and team member experience with energy and positivity
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead, coach, and work alongside teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Ensure food safety standards and practices are maintained according to company policies
  • Recognize and celebrate team members’ hard work during each shift
  • Delegate responsibilities to team members to exceed guest expectations
  • Own open, mid, and close routines of shifts and set the next shift up for success
  • Demonstrate excellent guest service skills and communicate efficiently
  • Meet physical demands of the role such as standing, lifting, and routine restaurant tasks
