Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Previous management or leadership experience preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications
  • Availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts is a plus
  • Ability to meet physical requirements including standing for long periods and lifting up to 55 pounds

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach restaurant team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and cleanliness
  • Delegate responsibilities to team members to exceed guest expectations
  • Oversee open, mid, and close shift routines
  • Recognize and celebrate team member achievements during shifts
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Meet physical requirements including standing for long periods and lifting up to 55 pounds
