Job Requirements
- Experience in a restaurant managerial or supervisory role
- availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- knowledge of reservation systems such as Micros and TOCK is preferred
- basic understanding of financial procedures including cash handling and balancing
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Shift Manager or relevant role in a restaurant
- good knowledge of restaurant operations like managing reservations and payments
- availability to work different shifts including weekends
- basic knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
- customer service approach with the ability to manage complaints with professionalism
- excellent organizational skills

Job Duties
- Delegate tasks to restaurant staff and supervise their performance
- manage dining reservations--experience in Micros and TOCK reservation platform is a plus
- help staff resolve on-the-job challenges
- track daily revenues
- balance the cash register at the end of the shift
- coordinate with suppliers as they deliver orders
- ensure client satisfaction and gracefully handle any complaints
- open or close the restaurant when responsible for the first or last shift
- inform the next Restaurant or Shift Manager about pending tasks
- report maintenance and training needs
