Job Duties
- Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
- Help build and lead a high performing team of hourly team members
- Assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory management
- Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Facilitate communication between team members and upper management
- Support training and development of new hires
