Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in customer service roles preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to perform restaurant duties including lifting up to 55 pounds
- Eligible to obtain any required food safety licenses or certifications
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Lead, coach, and work alongside team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain food safety standards in quality, cleanliness, and practices
- Recognize and celebrate team member achievements during each shift
- Delegate responsibilities to ensure guest expectations are exceeded
- Own daily shift routines including opening, mid, and closing tasks
- Demonstrate excellent guest service skills and maintain clear communication
- Meet physical requirements including standing, bending, twisting, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing restaurant tasks
