Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management or leadership experience preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications
  • Availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts is a plus
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • Previous management or leadership experience preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and practices
  • Ability to obtain necessary local, state, and federal food safety certifications
  • Availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts is a plus
  • At least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach restaurant team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
  • Delegate responsibilities to team members to exceed guest expectations
  • Manage opening, mid, or closing shift routines efficiently
  • Recognize and celebrate team member achievements during each shift
  • Demonstrate excellent guest service and effective communication
  • Maintain physical stamina to perform restaurant tasks including standing and lifting up to 55 pounds
