Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation
- Available to work 5 days a week and 32 to 40 hours weekly
- Flexible schedule availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful background check completion
- Leadership qualities and organizational skills
- Cooperative interaction with colleagues
- Preferred leadership experience
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk continuously
- Occasional stooping, bending, crouching, or climbing
- Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds including overhead lifting
- Continuous use of hands and wrists for manipulation
- Proficient communication through speech, reading, and writing
- Effective audio-visual discrimination and perception
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments and exposure to allergens
- Safe operation of restaurant equipment including knives and fryers
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Available to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 40 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background check
- Demonstrates leadership qualities and organizational skills
- Ability to interact cooperatively with others
- Leadership experience preferred
Job Duties
- Complete all training requirements including Zaxbys Shift Leader Development Plan and Food Safety Certification
- Create a culture of high-performance and train and coach team members to meet company standards
- Mentor, coach and develop team members and communicate performance concerns to General Manager
- Prioritize guest and team member experience and resolve complaints in a friendly manner
- Maintain positive culture and team morale through recognition and leading by example
- Communicate shift goals and motivate team members to meet goals
- Delegate tasks to team members and supervise performance during shifts
- Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with company policies
- Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are upheld consistently
- Enhance guest experiences by meeting and exceeding expectations
- Receive and reconcile truck deliveries and complete inventory counts
- Manage food production and quality and take corrective actions when necessary
- Track food safety and quality and ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Plan shift duties including opening and closing tasks
- Collaborate with management to develop goals and report progress
- Follow company cash management policies
- Maintain compliance with laws and guidelines
- Utilize management tools and keep accurate records
- Ensure team works safely and follows all safety procedures
- Report HR and risk management concerns to management
- Perform all duties necessary for restaurant operations function properly
