Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant industry
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have a positive attitude and outgoing personality
  • Ability to solve problems and provide feedback
  • Willingness to assist other positions when necessary
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Initiative and assertiveness
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to manage, train, develop, and motivate a diverse and engaged crew
  • Passionate about hospitality and guest service
  • Ability and flexibility to work changing schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to accept feedback and improve
  • Ability to set goals, create action plans, and implement those plans
  • Ability to measure performance objectively and subjectively
  • Ability to cultivate an attractive culture within the restaurant
  • Ambassador and representative of the brand culture and mission

Job Duties

  • Assist General Manager in staffing the restaurant timely and efficiently
  • Ensure a safe restaurant environment for team members and guests
  • Create and maintain a positive culture through respect, recognition, and reward
  • Provide outgoing and positive guest service
  • Greet guests within 3-5 seconds
  • Handle orders and inquiries professionally
  • Resolve low level guest issues effectively
  • Control cash, property, product, and equipment
  • Build sales and control labor and food costs
  • Maintain operational standards and requirements
  • Identify and report maintenance problems
  • Ensure communication is passed to all team members
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members
  • Ensure compliance with risk management standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
