Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience
- previous fast food restaurant experience required
- communication in English is required, Spanish comprehension helpful
- fundamental skills in reading, writing, math, and computer/POS
- strong leadership and professionalism in challenging situations
- ability to handle confidential information discretely
- willingness to learn all restaurant operations
- positive and respectful attitude
- strong verbal communication skills
- self-motivated and action-oriented
- openness to learning and admitting mistakes
- dependable attendance
- reliable transportation
- availability for varied shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
