Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Six months or more of restaurant operations experience
- Completion of Shift Lead training classes
- Ability to communicate in English
- Basic reading, writing, math, and computer/POS skills
- Access to transportation
- Willing to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to stand and operate equipment during entire shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months or more of restaurant operations experience
- Completion of Shift Lead training classes
- ServSafe certification as required by state
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic reading, writing, math, and computer/POS skills
- Access to adequate transportation
Job Duties
- Maintain brand image by ensuring restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service
- Treat all team members with respect and dignity
- Follow company guidelines and execute protocols for daily restaurant operational performance
- Encourage teams to deliver excellent guest service and food quality adhering to brand systems and food safety
- Work with other team members on sales growth initiatives
- Review and improve the guest experience continuously
- Support General Manager in identifying and training internal candidates
- Assist in employee training and enforcing company operational standards
- Interact with guests and respond to questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and timely
- Assist General Manager in analyzing operational and financial performance
- Identify trends and recommend actions for improvement
- Monitor costs and adherence to budget and restaurant goals
- Comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
