Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- legal age to serve alcohol where applicable
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle restaurant duties
- willingness to lead by example in a fast paced environment

Job Duties
- helping to maintain projected costs and labor during scheduled shifts
- hands on supervision of the restaurant including occasional temporary non-scheduled assistance with serving, hosting, cooking, and other duties
- hosting promotions and Alley Rallies
- helping make sure staff is following established recipes and procedures
- helping enforce applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- helping to control the guest flow and monitoring ticket times
- enforcing compliance with all employment policies
- coaching employees to maintain consistency in food and service to increase sales
- performing 100 percent table visits if applicable
- managing and practicing safe food handling procedures
- maintaining culture and core values: passion, partnership, integrity, and fun with purpose
- working during peak business hours to set the pace in front or back of house
- creating a fun, safe environment by following core values and operational goals and implementing contests, theme nights, and incentives for staff
