Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant shift leadership or management
- knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform restaurant duties
- strong interpersonal skills
- legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- helping to maintain projected costs and labor during scheduled shifts
- hands-on supervision of the restaurant including serving, hosting, cooking, and other duties
- hosting promotions and Alley Rallies
- helping ensure staff follows established recipes and procedures
- helping enforce applicable liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- helping control guest flow and monitoring ticket times
- enforcing compliance with all employment policies
- coaching employees to maintain food and service consistency
- performing 100% table visits if applicable
- practicing safe food handling procedures
- maintaining culture and core values
- working during peak business hours to set pace
- creating a fun and safe environment by implementing contests and incentives
