Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant shift leadership or management
  • knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to perform restaurant duties
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • helping to maintain projected costs and labor during scheduled shifts
  • hands-on supervision of the restaurant including serving, hosting, cooking, and other duties
  • hosting promotions and Alley Rallies
  • helping ensure staff follows established recipes and procedures
  • helping enforce applicable liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • helping control guest flow and monitoring ticket times
  • enforcing compliance with all employment policies
  • coaching employees to maintain food and service consistency
  • performing 100% table visits if applicable
  • practicing safe food handling procedures
  • maintaining culture and core values
  • working during peak business hours to set pace
  • creating a fun and safe environment by implementing contests and incentives
