Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to restaurant operations
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
- commitment to teamwork and customer service excellence

Job Duties
- helping to maintain projected costs and labor during scheduled shifts
- hands on supervision of the restaurant including occasional assistance with serving, hosting, cooking, and other duties
- hosting promotions and alley rallies
- helping make sure staff is following established recipes and procedures
- helping enforce applicable liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- helping to control the guest flow and monitoring ticket times
- enforcing compliance with all employment policies in areas of responsibility in conjunction with management leadership
- coaching employees to maintain consistency in food and service to increase sales
- making 100 percent table visits if applicable
- understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
- maintaining culture and core values which include passion, partnership, integrity, and fun with purpose
- working during peak business hours to set the pace in front or back of house
- creating a fun, safe environment by following core values and operational goals and implementing contests, theme nights, and staff incentives
