Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of basic food handling and safety
- legal age to serve alcohol according to state laws

Job Duties
- helping to maintain projected costs and labor during scheduled shifts
- hands on supervision of the restaurant including occasional assistance with serving, hosting, cooking, and other duties
- hosting promotions and Alley Rallies
- ensuring staff follow established recipes and procedures
- enforcing applicable liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- controlling guest flow and monitoring ticket times
- enforcing compliance with employment policies
- coaching employees to maintain consistency in food and service
- making 100% table visits if applicable
- understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
- maintaining culture and core values of passion, partnership, integrity, and fun
- working during peak business hours to set the pace in front or back of house
- creating a fun, safe environment by implementing contests, theme nights, and incentives for staff
