Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of basic food handling and safety
  • legal age to serve alcohol according to state laws

Job Duties

  • helping to maintain projected costs and labor during scheduled shifts
  • hands on supervision of the restaurant including occasional assistance with serving, hosting, cooking, and other duties
  • hosting promotions and Alley Rallies
  • ensuring staff follow established recipes and procedures
  • enforcing applicable liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • controlling guest flow and monitoring ticket times
  • enforcing compliance with employment policies
  • coaching employees to maintain consistency in food and service
  • making 100% table visits if applicable
  • understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
  • maintaining culture and core values of passion, partnership, integrity, and fun
  • working during peak business hours to set the pace in front or back of house
  • creating a fun, safe environment by implementing contests, theme nights, and incentives for staff
