- Proven supervisor experience in fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

- Ability to multitask in a busy kitchen
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented attitude
- Minimum one year experience in similar role
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs
- Good finger dexterity

- Good eyesight with sharp near and peripheral vision
- Hand-eye coordination

- Organizing shift schedules for team members

- Balancing cash drawers and preparing cash deposits
- Opening and closing the restaurant
- Demonstrating proficiency in multiple restaurant positions
