Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a restaurant leadership role preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Understanding of employment policies and labor laws

Job Duties

  • Help maintain projected costs and labor during scheduled shifts
  • Provide hands-on supervision including assisting with serving, hosting, cooking, and other duties
  • Host promotions and Alley Rallies
  • Ensure staff follow established recipes and procedures
  • Enforce liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • Control guest flow and monitor ticket times
  • Coach employees to maintain consistency in food and service
  • Perform 100% table visits if applicable
  • Manage safe food handling practices
  • Maintain company culture and core values
  • Work peak business hours to set operational pace
  • Create a fun and safe environment by organizing contests, theme nights, and incentives
