Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a supervisory or lead role in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
- physical ability to perform restaurant duties
- legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- helping to maintain projected costs and labor during scheduled shifts
- hands on supervision of the restaurant, including occasional temporary assistance with serving, hosting, cooking, and other duties
- hosting promotions and Alley Rallies
- helping make sure staff is following established recipes and procedures
- helping enforce applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- helping to control the guest flow and monitoring ticket times
- enforcing compliance with all employment policies in areas of responsibility
- coaching employees to maintain consistency in food and service to increase sales
- performing 100% table visits if applicable
- understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
- maintaining culture and core values including passion, partnership, integrity, and fun with purpose
- working during peak business hours to set the pace in Front or Back of House
- creating a fun, safe environment by implementing contests, theme nights, and creating incentives for the staff
