Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a supervisory or lead role in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • physical ability to perform restaurant duties
  • legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • helping to maintain projected costs and labor during scheduled shifts
  • hands on supervision of the restaurant, including occasional temporary assistance with serving, hosting, cooking, and other duties
  • hosting promotions and Alley Rallies
  • helping make sure staff is following established recipes and procedures
  • helping enforce applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • helping to control the guest flow and monitoring ticket times
  • enforcing compliance with all employment policies in areas of responsibility
  • coaching employees to maintain consistency in food and service to increase sales
  • performing 100% table visits if applicable
  • understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
  • maintaining culture and core values including passion, partnership, integrity, and fun with purpose
  • working during peak business hours to set the pace in Front or Back of House
  • creating a fun, safe environment by implementing contests, theme nights, and creating incentives for the staff
