Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- knowledge of food safety standards
- understanding of labor and cost control
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently

Job Duties
- helping to maintain projected costs and labor during scheduled shifts
- hands on supervision of the restaurant including occasional temporary assistance with serving, hosting, cooking, and other duties
- hosting promotions and Alley Rallies
- helping make sure staff is following established recipes and procedures
- helping enforce applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- helping to control the guest flow and monitoring ticket times
- enforcing compliance with employment policies in areas of responsibility
- coaching employees to maintain consistency in food and service to increase sales
- conducting 100% table visits if applicable
- understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
- maintaining culture and core values of passion, partnership, integrity, and fun with purpose
- working during peak business hours to set the pace in Front or Back of House
- creating a fun, safe environment by implementing contests, theme nights, and incentives for staff
