Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • understanding of labor and cost control
  • strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently

Job Duties

  • helping to maintain projected costs and labor during scheduled shifts
  • hands on supervision of the restaurant including occasional temporary assistance with serving, hosting, cooking, and other duties
  • hosting promotions and Alley Rallies
  • helping make sure staff is following established recipes and procedures
  • helping enforce applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • helping to control the guest flow and monitoring ticket times
  • enforcing compliance with employment policies in areas of responsibility
  • coaching employees to maintain consistency in food and service to increase sales
  • conducting 100% table visits if applicable
  • understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
  • maintaining culture and core values of passion, partnership, integrity, and fun with purpose
  • working during peak business hours to set the pace in Front or Back of House
  • creating a fun, safe environment by implementing contests, theme nights, and incentives for staff
