Job Duties

- Direct and oversee food production, delivery, and service tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and wage standards
- Create and manage food selection, storage, cooking, presentation, and menu development processes
- Forecast operational components and manage accounting tasks
- Enforce sanitation and safety requirements
- Manage unit personnel for efficient production and training
- Recruit and develop front-line team members
- Conduct routine inventory inspections
- Maintain record-keeping criteria
- Foster client and customer partnerships
- Engage in sales and contract discussions
- Identify opportunities for new products and sales growth
- Lead front-end restaurant operations
