Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum four years of experience in the food service industry
  • Management experience of one to three years
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage teams effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to handle physical demands including lifting and standing for long periods
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service and client relationships

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of four years of industry experience
  • 1-3 years of management experience
  • Previous food service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to foster strong client and customer relationships
  • Excellent customer service skills per Aramark's service model
  • Competence in maintaining collaboration among units
  • Ability to work under physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing

Job Duties

  • Supervise, train, motivate, and cultivate teams to enhance productivity
  • Guarantee food service execution aligns with established frameworks
  • Aid staff by establishing clear objectives and the steps to reach them
  • Encourage culture of recognition by rewarding employee commitments
  • Uphold safety and sanitation protocols
  • Recognize customer needs and communicate operational progress
  • Develop income streams and supervise budget planning including cost regulation of food, beverages, and workforce
  • Guarantee accuracy and maintenance of P&L statements
  • Achieve food and personnel performance goals
  • Optimize operations, monitor costs, and manage profits
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and wage standards
  • Create and manage menu selection, storage, cooking, and presentation systems
  • Oversee accounting tasks related to operational components
  • Conduct routine inventory inspections
  • Foster partnerships with client executives and maintain beneficial client engagement
  • Engage in sales procedures and contract discussions
  • Lead front-end restaurant operations
  • Implement food service programs aligned with client mission and environmental practices
