Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum four years of experience in the food service industry
- Management experience of one to three years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to handle physical demands including lifting and standing for long periods
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service and client relationships

Job Duties
- Supervise, train, motivate, and cultivate teams to enhance productivity
- Guarantee food service execution aligns with established frameworks
- Aid staff by establishing clear objectives and the steps to reach them
- Encourage culture of recognition by rewarding employee commitments
- Uphold safety and sanitation protocols
- Recognize customer needs and communicate operational progress
- Develop income streams and supervise budget planning including cost regulation of food, beverages, and workforce
- Guarantee accuracy and maintenance of P&L statements
- Achieve food and personnel performance goals
- Optimize operations, monitor costs, and manage profits
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and wage standards
- Create and manage menu selection, storage, cooking, and presentation systems
- Oversee accounting tasks related to operational components
- Conduct routine inventory inspections
- Foster partnerships with client executives and maintain beneficial client engagement
- Engage in sales procedures and contract discussions
- Lead front-end restaurant operations
- Implement food service programs aligned with client mission and environmental practices
