Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum four years of experience in food service industry
  • 1-3 years of management experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and wage regulations
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Capacity to stand for long durations
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Commitment to environmental sustainability and operational excellence

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of four years industry experience
  • 1-3 years management experience
  • Prior food service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Aptitude in fostering client and customer relationships
  • Ability to display excellent customer service according to standardized service models
  • Competence in maintaining positive collaborations within units
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capability to occasionally lift or move loads up to 50 pounds

  • Direct and oversee food production, delivery, and service
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and wage standards
  • Create and manage processes for menu selection, storage, cooking, and presentation
  • Perform routine inventory inspections
  • Foster partnerships with client executives and sustain engagement
  • Engage in sales procedures and contract discussions
  • Lead front-end restaurant operations
  • Create and implement food service programs aligned with client mission and environmental practices
  • Recruit, employ, foster, and preserve front-line team members
  • Check and enforce sanitation and safety requirements
  • Abide by record-keeping criteria established by Aramark and regulatory authorities
