Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years experience in the food service industry
- 1-3 years of management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain positive client and customer relationships
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Capacity to work collaboratively with other units
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods

Job Duties
- Supervise, train, motivate, and cultivate teams to enhance productivity
- Guarantee food service execution aligns with established frameworks
- Establish mutual comprehension of objectives and steps to reach them among staff
- Encourage employee recognition and reward commitments
- Uphold safety and sanitation protocols across procedures
- Recognize customer needs and communicate operational progress
- Develop income streams and supervise budget planning with cost control
- Ensure precision and sustainable upkeep of profit and loss statements
- Execute Aramark’s strategy for labor and food operations
- Optimize operations, monitor costs, and manage profits effectively
- Direct and oversee food production, delivery, and service
- Ensure client, customer, and employee safety and compliance with policies
- Manage menu selection, receipt, storage, cooking, presentation, and development
- Conduct operational forecasts and oversee accounting tasks
- Enforce sanitation and safety requirements
- Recruit, employ, and train front-line team members
- Perform routine inventory inspections
- Comply with record-keeping criteria from ARAMARK and authorities
- Foster partnerships with client executives and maintain engagement
- Participate in sales and contract discussions
- Identify opportunities for new products and services
- Lead front-end restaurant operations
- Implement food service programs aligned with client mission and sustainable practices
