Job Requirements
- Minimum of four years of industry experience

- Create and manage processes for food selection, storage, cooking, and presentation

- Direct unit personnel for efficient production, merchandising, quality control, cost reduction, and training
- Recruit and retain front-line team members
- Perform inventory inspections
- Abide by record-keeping criteria
- Foster partnerships with client executives
- Engage in sales procedures involving contracts
- Identify opportunities for new products and services
- Lead front-end restaurant operations
- Implement food service programs aligned with client mission and environmental practices
