- Direct and oversee food production, delivery, and service tasks
- Ensure safety and health compliance for clients, customers, and employees
- Create and manage processes for selection, reception, storage, cooking, presentation, and menu development
- Oversee accounting and forecasting for operational components
- Check and enforce sanitation and safety requirements
- Manage unit personnel for efficient production, quality control, cost reduction, supervision, and training
- Recruit, employ, foster, and preserve front-line team members
- Perform routine inventory inspections
- Abide by record-keeping criteria
- Foster partnerships with client executives and sustain beneficial client engagement
- Engage in sales procedures and contract discussions
