Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality or restaurant management
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • proficiency in managing financial transactions
  • commitment to upholding a safe and welcoming environment
  • valid work authorization

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality management or a similar leadership role
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • knowledge of operational management including scheduling and financial handling
  • proven ability to engage with customers and provide excellent service
  • prior experience in recruiting, hiring, and training staff
  • capability to analyze and improve work procedures
  • familiarity with compliance and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Lead and drive daily operations including the kitchen, dining room, bar, and host stand
  • engage with guests
  • receive feedback and comments to understand areas of opportunity and strengths
  • create an environment that is safe, warm, and welcoming for all guests and team members
  • monitor and coach team members on performance and compliance
  • train and develop team members to their highest potential
  • evaluate work procedures and identify methods for increasing efficacy or productivity
  • write weekly work schedules to accommodate team members and sales volumes
  • recruit and interview applicants, hire and onboard new team members
  • conduct cash drops, review credit card totals, and verify deposit slips
  • complete all required reports and paperwork accurately and on time
