Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality or restaurant management
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- excellent communication abilities
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- proficiency in managing financial transactions
- commitment to upholding a safe and welcoming environment
- valid work authorization
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality management or a similar leadership role
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- knowledge of operational management including scheduling and financial handling
- proven ability to engage with customers and provide excellent service
- prior experience in recruiting, hiring, and training staff
- capability to analyze and improve work procedures
- familiarity with compliance and safety standards
Job Duties
- Lead and drive daily operations including the kitchen, dining room, bar, and host stand
- engage with guests
- receive feedback and comments to understand areas of opportunity and strengths
- create an environment that is safe, warm, and welcoming for all guests and team members
- monitor and coach team members on performance and compliance
- train and develop team members to their highest potential
- evaluate work procedures and identify methods for increasing efficacy or productivity
- write weekly work schedules to accommodate team members and sales volumes
- recruit and interview applicants, hire and onboard new team members
- conduct cash drops, review credit card totals, and verify deposit slips
- complete all required reports and paperwork accurately and on time
