Job Requirements
- Must be 17 years or older
- meet any city, county, state, or legal minimum age requirements to sell or serve alcoholic beverages
- preferred but not required restaurant experience
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
- proactive and attentive to guest needs
- ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests as they arrive
- assist servers by pouring water and serving fresh bread
- anticipate guest needs throughout their meal
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room
- clear and reset tables efficiently
- collaborate closely with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service
- contribute to a positive and welcoming dining atmosphere
