Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • experience in food service preferred
  • Food Handlers Card
  • Alcohol Awareness Certification
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • availability during peak periods
  • strong communication skills
  • part-time availability

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred
  • high school diploma, GED, or related food service experience
  • maintain Food Handlers Card and Alcohol Awareness Certification
  • ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
  • banquet experience a plus
  • clear and respectful communication skills

Job Duties

  • Maintains knowledge of the menu and special items
  • provides quick, attentive, friendly, and professional service to guests
  • ensures food items are served at proper temperature and promptly
  • pre-buses and full buses tables during peak periods
  • maintains availability to work during peak periods
  • stocks beverage stations when necessary
  • responds promptly to customer desires and requests
  • maintains a professional and clean appearance
  • communicates with wait staff, bus persons, bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen staff
  • builds and maintains knowledge of bar offerings to answer patron questions accurately
