Job Requirements

Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED
Willingness to work nights, weekends and some holidays
Ability to follow alcohol awareness procedures
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Basic math skills for handling payments
Professional demeanor at all times

Job Qualifications

Demonstrates commitment, communication and team-player mentality to assure smooth and effective work environment
Attends to details and executes quality in accomplishing tasks
Flexibility to work nights, weekends and some holidays

Comfortable handling cash accurately
Experience processing credit cards
Familiarity with Point of Sale software

Job Duties

Contribute to the overall teamwork and success of the restaurant
Communicate effectively with guests, front of the house and back of the house team members
Determine guests needs while making the appropriate recommendations to enhance the overall dining experience
Comprehensive knowledge of the food menus
Confidence to execute all alcohol awareness procedures
Process payments and handle cash professionally and accurately
Maintain high level of cleanliness and sanitation
Demonstrate professional demeanor at all times
Perform all opening, running, and closing duties accurately
