Job Duties

  • Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service in a variety of restaurant outlets (breakfast, lunch, dinner, lounge, rooftop, pool, or in-room dining)
  • Guide guests through menus, offering thoughtful recommendations and knowledge of ingredients, specials, and beverage pairings
  • Take and enter orders accurately using the POS system and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
  • Anticipate guest needs, check in regularly, and respond promptly to any requests or concerns
  • Ensure tables, service areas, and stations are clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times
  • Collaborate with teammates across departments including kitchen, bar, and host team to ensure seamless and efficient service
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service protocols
  • Handle payment transactions with accuracy and professionalism
  • Uphold brand standards and service expectations, adapting your approach to suit the setting and guest vibe
