Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant serving or banquet support preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

- Previous experience in restaurant serving or banquet support preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional tableside service to our restaurant guests and banquet clients/guests
- Welcome guests, take drink and food orders correctly
- Explain all specials and answer questions on all menu items
- Provide wine suggestions that are compatible with guests orders
- Ensure all plates and drinks delivered to guests exceed expectations
- Follow up with each guest after they’ve started their meal to ensure they have everything they need and are satisfied with their order
- Work with the kitchen to ensure food service is timely, especially during high volume periods
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate to management as needed to ensure guest satisfaction
- Complete side work (e.g., rolling flatware) as assigned and in a timely manner
- Enter guests' orders accurately into the Point of Sale system
- Maintain guest satisfaction through proactive communication and attentive service
- Assist with clean up, set up and service for banquets
