Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
- Six months previous customer service experience required
- Ability to speak English clearly
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to work in an environment where smoking is permitted
- Must be able to follow casino policies and procedures
- Must complete required training programs within nine months
- Must meet attendance guidelines
- Must maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Must have outgoing, friendly personality and a cheerful accommodating disposition
- Must remain calm and professional in a fast paced environment
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
- Six months previous customer service experience required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to write routine correspondence and speak effectively
- Ability to resolve problems and conflicts diplomatically and tactfully
Job Duties
- Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverage to guests
- Greet guests within one minute using positive body language
- Maintain full knowledge of menu, wine lists, and daily specials
- Adhere to all policies and procedures pertaining to liquor laws
- Complete designated opening and closing side work
- Relay guest complaints and compliments to management
- Assist guests with special needs and ensure guest satisfaction throughout service
