Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred
  • Six months previous customer service experience required
  • Ability to speak English clearly
  • Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds
  • Must be able to work in an environment where smoking is permitted
  • Must be able to follow casino policies and procedures
  • Must complete required training programs within nine months
  • Must meet attendance guidelines
  • Must maintain a professional demeanor under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Must have outgoing, friendly personality and a cheerful accommodating disposition
  • Must remain calm and professional in a fast paced environment
  • Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred
  • Six months previous customer service experience required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to write routine correspondence and speak effectively
  • Ability to resolve problems and conflicts diplomatically and tactfully

Job Duties

  • Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverage to guests
  • Greet guests within one minute using positive body language
  • Maintain full knowledge of menu, wine lists, and daily specials
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures pertaining to liquor laws
  • Complete designated opening and closing side work
  • Relay guest complaints and compliments to management
  • Assist guests with special needs and ensure guest satisfaction throughout service
