Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- possession of Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- minimum six months serving experience preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- fluency in English
- capacity to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for long durations
- commitment to team collaboration
- knowledge of hospitality service standards
- meet legal age requirements
- willingness to complete opening and closing duties
- able to use POS (MICROS) system effectively
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare beverages and food items in the coffee shop
- cashier and handle payments accurately
- stock supplies and maintain work areas
- perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and securing premises
- enter orders into the MICROS system
- provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests
- maintain cleanliness of coffee cart areas, tables, and equipment throughout the day
