Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • possession of Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
  • minimum six months serving experience preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • fluency in English
  • capacity to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for long durations
  • commitment to team collaboration
  • knowledge of hospitality service standards
  • meet legal age requirements
  • willingness to complete opening and closing duties
  • able to use POS (MICROS) system effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • six months to one year serving experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work well in a team environment
  • fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to multitask efficiently

Job Duties

  • Prepare beverages and food items in the coffee shop
  • cashier and handle payments accurately
  • stock supplies and maintain work areas
  • perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and securing premises
  • enter orders into the MICROS system
  • provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests
  • maintain cleanliness of coffee cart areas, tables, and equipment throughout the day
