Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout entire shift
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or move objects up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Basic math skills for cashiering functions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Must adhere to state liquor laws and company policies
  • Maintain a professional appearance and wear designated uniform and name tag
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service preferred
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service practices
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Physical ability to perform job duties including standing and walking for extended periods
  • Basic arithmetic and cashiering skills
  • Familiarity with POS/Micros system
  • Ability to work well under stress and handle guest concerns professionally
  • Understanding of state liquor laws
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Provide attentive, friendly, and courteous food and beverage service to guests
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables while performing medium physical work
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness in restaurant and hallways
  • Be knowledgeable of restaurant layout, menu items, and specials
  • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties including restocking and tidying service areas
  • Follow all state liquor laws and company policies regarding food and beverages
  • Handle cashiering duties using POS/Micros system
  • Greet and serve guests according to service guidelines
  • Report all issues and complaints to management promptly
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance, grooming, and uniform adherence
  • Work well under pressure and in stressful situations while maintaining composure
  • Coordinate with kitchen and supervisory staff to align work priorities and ensure smooth operations
  • Attend meetings and perform duties as requested by management
  • Maintain regular attendance and adherence to scheduling requirements
