Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant settings preferred
  • Ability to walk and stand for entire shifts
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Must be service-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Must work well under stress and maintain composure
  • Must be able to follow directions with attention to detail
  • Must be able to operate POS and other computer systems
  • Must maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must adhere to company policies and safety procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior restaurant and hospitality experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of safety and security procedures
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in high-pressure environments
  • Knowledge of basic financial arithmetic and POS systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Opera software
  • Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality
  • Energetic and outgoing personality

Job Duties

  • Provide attentive, friendly, courteous, and professional food and beverage service
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables and perform medium physical work
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors ensuring cleanliness
  • Be knowledgeable of restaurant organization, menus, and specials
  • Perform opening and closing procedures and station rotation side work
  • Follow all state liquor laws
  • Greet and serve guests according to company policies
  • Use POS/Micros system for cashiering and guest check-out
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
  • Report issues and complaints to management
  • Coordinate work priorities with kitchen and management teams
