Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- Knowledge of state liquor laws
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 pounds
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills including data entry
- Ability to follow directions accurately
- Energetic and team-player attitude
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred college degree
- Previous restaurant and hospitality experience preferred
- Knowledge of property safety and security procedures
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Effective communication skills in English

- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Job Duties
- Provide attentive and courteous food and beverage service to guests
- Clear, clean, and reset tables as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in restaurant and hallway areas
- Perform opening and closing station procedures and side work duties
- Adhere to all state liquor laws
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest concerns professionally and report issues to management
