Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to exert physical mobility for long periods
- Ability to lift items up to 25 pounds safely
- Willingness to adhere to safety and hygiene protocols
- Availability to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide prompt, courteous service
- Accurately take and deliver orders to guests
- Handle customer payments and transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the shift
- Follow health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear and frequent handwashing
