Job Requirements
- One year of restaurant serving and bartending experience required
- flexible availability to work mid or PM shifts, holidays and weekends
- current Alcohol Beverage Control certification
- current Food Handlers certification
- ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written
- ability to stand and walk on feet for at least eight hours
- able to carry at least 10-15 pounds

Job Duties
- Welcome and engage with guests in the restaurant and bar, take food and beverage orders, replenish beverages, quality check food, and serve guests in a prompt, friendly manner
- quality check food and ensure order meets guest's expectations
- set up tables and perform opening duties
- set up bar, requisition and stock all beer, wine, and spirits
- self bus tables, maintain cleanliness of restaurant area and perform required side work and closing duties
- resolve concerns and complaints regarding food and beverage
