Job Requirements

  • One year of restaurant serving and bartending experience required
  • flexible availability to work mid or PM shifts, holidays and weekends
  • current Alcohol Beverage Control certification
  • current Food Handlers certification
  • ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written
  • ability to stand and walk on feet for at least eight hours
  • able to carry at least 10-15 pounds

Job Duties

  • Welcome and engage with guests in the restaurant and bar, take food and beverage orders, replenish beverages, quality check food, and serve guests in a prompt, friendly manner
  • quality check food and ensure order meets guest's expectations
  • set up tables and perform opening duties
  • set up bar, requisition and stock all beer, wine, and spirits
  • self bus tables, maintain cleanliness of restaurant area and perform required side work and closing duties
  • resolve concerns and complaints regarding food and beverage
