Job Requirements
- Valid Yavapai County Health Dept. Food Handlers card
- Completed County and State Liquor training
- Ability to lift moderate weights and stand for prolonged periods
- Sincere desire to provide excellent guest service
- Adherence to company appearance guidelines

- Ability to follow safety practices including use of personal protective equipment
Job Duties
- Be thoroughly familiar with all standards of proper service etiquette and adhere to these standards throughout guests' dining experience
- Know all liquor laws as well as company and departmental policies regarding the consumption of alcoholic beverages
- Service a five-table station during typical service demand
- Utilize Micros POS system and other check processing procedures for dining room service
- Assist other employees with their questions and process discounts while maintaining assigned section
- Know all menu items including ingredients, preparation, required condiments, key descriptors, and potential allergies
- Accurately and efficiently take orders from guests and expedite as soon as prepared from the kitchen, monitoring ticket times
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen line and management staff
- Complete end of service procedures
- Complete closing paperwork, check accuracy of all discounts and comps, ensuring proper information and signatures
- Attend all scheduled staff meetings and supplemental training sessions
