Job Requirements
- Must possess a Food Handler's Card
- must possess a Class 12 MAST Card
- must be 21 years or older
- able to lift 50 pounds occasionally
- able to stand for up to 4 hours
- able to work weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings as business demands

Job Duties
- Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders into the point-of-sale system
- initiate contact with guests within 15 feet with a sincere welcome and willingness to assist
- proficiently execute server sequence
- deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- perform side work at the start and end of each shift
- monitor guests' dining experience and respond promptly to requests
- prepare final bill
- maintain effective communication with guests and team members
- maintain a clean and orderly appearance and be dressed in uniform
- maintain good knowledge of hours of operation, wine, and menu including ingredients and preparation
- assist in maintaining a clean environment
- upsell specials and personal recommendations
