Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must possess a Food Handler's Card
- Must possess a Class 12 MAST Card
- Able to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities and assignments
- Be adaptable to change, flexible, and empathetic
- Be highly customer oriented and responsive
- Be comfortable working in a fast paced environment where continuous improvement is expected

Job Duties
- Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders into the point-of-sale system
- Initiate contact with guests within 15 feet with a sincere welcome and willingness to assist
- Proficiently execute server sequence
- Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner
- Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required
- Monitor and observe guests dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Prepare final bill
- Maintain effective communication with guests and team members
- Uphold a clean and orderly appearance and be dressed in uniform at the start of each shift
- Maintain good working knowledge of hours of operation, wine, and menu, including ingredients and preparation method
- Assist in maintaining a clean environment including picking up trash in visible areas and eliminating clutter
- Up sell by informing guests of specials and personal recommendations
