Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Physical ability to stand and walk for up to four hours
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- Willingness to follow health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant role preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Take accurate food and drink orders and make menu recommendations
- Deliver food and beverages promptly to tables
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Adhere to health and safety regulations throughout the shift
