Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Ability to stand and move continuously for up to four hours
- Ability to carry and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly during shifts
- Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks as required
- Ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies safely
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and team collaboration
Job Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service or food service preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests promptly and courteously
- Take food and beverage orders and make personalized menu recommendations
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs throughout their dining experience
- Transport plates, glasses, and baskets safely between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- Communicate clearly and effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including wearing protective equipment and maintaining cleanliness
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and responsibly
