Job Duties
- Greet guests within 1 minute, providing a warm welcome
- coordinate with servers, managers, and kitchen staff for efficient task completion
- take accurate food and beverage orders using proper procedures
- ensure precise preparation and delivery of all items
- quickly and accurately process guest orders to the kitchen and bar
- monitor customers to ensure satisfaction
- serve food and beverages following specified procedures
- handle the total bill, deliver checks, and accept payment
- assist server assistants and host/hostesses
- complete assigned side work and closing duties
- take ownership of and resolve issues promptly
- leave the establishment crumb-free and food-free at closing
